So in July 1950, a few weeks after the Korean war, another guy named Julius Rosenberg was arested. He was executed along with his wife because they were guilty of being spies. People doubted it at first because they are married and look like good people.
But I did not
Because he is a boy and boys steal stuff
Why do you think it's him sweetie?
That's not fair Annabel. Come on guys, story time.
Okay so during the Cold war, there was this guy. His name is Alger Hiss and they thought he was a spy for Russia because he's a guy and his last name sounds suspicious. They try to convict him but they couldn't find any evident against him
I know but what I'm trying to say is that someone's name, their gender or the way they look does not determine if they are guilty or not. So who really took Annabel's toy
Then what happened mommy?
Tell us more
Well the Rosebergs had people testify against them. They were held accountable for giving the so-called "secret of the atomic bomb" to the USSR. The Rosenbergs' trial took place in March 1951 and the judged pronounced the death sentence in early April.
It's okay. I forgive you. I'm sorry Connor. Do you forgive me?
