  • A day in the life of a manger By Tequandarius B
  • ONE STOP DONUTS AND COFFE
  • I plan the work we do here at one stop donuts and Coffee.  Here I am the manger I plan  what we do everyday. I plan what we do and how we do it. Starting the day off with a stressful start and a Peaceful Night.
  • Planning
  • Everyday me and my employees set our goals for to day.  This step is called planning. Planning is one of the most important things for someone to do as a manger Without this no one would know what they needed to do or what they should accomplish in our business as well as yours.
  • STAFFING
  • This part of my job is called Staffing. Staffing is a managerial function which involves obtaining, using and retaining, qualified and competent personnel to fill all position. This is another important part of being a manger. This is important because in a business you have to make the decision to pick the employees you know are willing work.
  • Staffing is one of the top 5 things for a successful business. Staffing is The selection and training of individuals for specific job functions, and charging them with the associated responsibilities.

  • This year  was one of my hardest years  on the job. I was so stressed out this year  lets take a look at what I went through this pass year.

  • Good work today Mike keep up the good work .
  • My day started when I walked through the front doors. I walked to my employees Mike and Dave were waiting on me. "Our plan for this month  is to serve every person with a smile and to reach the 100,000 goal for our new business Work Place.  
  • AFTER HOURS 
  • Being a business manger is not a walk in the park but without us managers things would be hard.
  • This was one of my toughest days ever because I had to fire my assistant manager because he was not doing his job. He was always late and always looked unprofessional.

  • This was my favorite part of the job because I get to make my employees  fell good about themselves. I get to encourage them on how they worked during the day or after hours. THis helps us business mangers keep our employees happy and makes them want to  come back the next day and the day after.
  • Wow!! Thanks Boss.
  • Now this really is the best part of being a manager coming home and relaxing. Just kidding the best part about being a manager is watching your employees work hard and making them smile no matter what there going through.
