  • Heat oil in a large casserole dish and sweat the onions and garlic for 10 minutes on a low heat
  • Now let's make the ratatouille!
  • Add the peppers, eggplants, and zucchini. Add salt and pepper, stir and cook for 20 minutes
  • Pour in chopped tomatoes, stir. Cook for 5 minutes without the lid. Stir in the basil. 
  • The ratatouille is done! Serve with chunky slices of sourdough
  • In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour sugar and salt until smooth.
  • Last, we're going to make some dessert crepes!
  • Cook over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes on a side, or until golden brown
  • Fill with your choice of cream, fruit, nutella, or a combo and your crepes are done!
