  • Step 2: Put the applicant at ease. Be polite, friendly, and sincere. Thank the candidate for taking some time out to come down for the interview
  • Step 3:   Starting off easy. Begin with easy questions and allow the candidate to do an introduction about themselves

  • Why did you apply for our company?
  • Step 4:   Listen Be aware of your body language and  ask questions of what they have said. Don't  ask for details they have already stated.
  • Earlier you said you were detail-oriented, how would it help you in this position?

  • Step 5:  The End Let the candidate ask any questions and let them know what comes next. End it formally and sincerely.
