Storyboard Text

  • I Didn't Study
  • Dang it, I have a math test today and I I didn't study anything. I'm a failure, I swear.
  • Time To Ask For Help
  • I guess I can ask Rachel for some help. She's a math nerd.
  • Deseperate
  • Rachel! There you are! You're a math nerd, right? I got a test on the quotient rule of derivatives or something like that. Explain it to me, please!
  • Anne hasn't studied for her math test and is upset.
  • Explaining
  • What? Dude, its like super easy. Alright so lets say you have a a simple problem. 3x-2 6x2 If you follow the Lo dHi - Hi dLo rule then all you do is this:  (6x2)(3) - (3x-2)(12x) (6x2)2  Then (18x2) - (36x2-24x) 36x4 Combine like-terms and you get -18x2+ 24x     36x4
  • Anne thinks over her options and decides to go ask her friend for help since she is a math wiz.
  • Yeah, I Totally Get It
  • No one ever asks me for help so nice to see that you did. Did you get all that?
  • Anne finds her friend, Rachel, and desperately begs for her help o understand the quotient rule.
  • Easy A
  • Really? How about explaining everything in science to me next?
  • Rachel gives Anne a sample problem and begins to explain how to do the problem to her.
  • Anne finally understands how to do the quotient rule and thanks Rachel for help.
  • Good, if you need anymore help, I'm around so yeah.
  • Yeah, I think I got it. Thanks.
  • In conclusion, Anne becomes confident in her ability to pass the test and proceeds to joke with her friend.
  • Haha, yeah right, maybe if you pay me. Go to class weirdo.
  • Was worth a try.
