After they were finished asking me these weird questions they told me there was a student saying that I was sexually harassing her and since I had confirmed that I was interested in girls, it must've been true. I immediately denied all these false accusations and asked who the girl was. That’s when they called the ‘’ victim’’ down and I saw the face of an acquaintance I’ve known for five years.
At this point I was hurt and livid. I barely knew this girl, I always have seen her around because we were in the same classes every single day since 3rd grade and we talked sometimes but it didn’t make sense of where she would accuse me of something like this. As soon as she saw me saw me and everyone else in the room, you could tell she was nervous. They were asking her questions and she refused to make eye contact, she was stuttering and then switching up her side of the story so it seemed like she didn’t even know what she was talking about.
So they dismiss me seeing as I didn’t do anything and I went back to my class in tears. I was very disappointed that anyone here would do such a thing like accuse me of this. Later when I went back to class she apologized and said she had told her mother something about me and she’s the one who took it out of proportion and went to the administrators. I just looked at her and walked away because I didn't care for anything she had to say.
After that and I had calmed down and started going on about my business and with my day, not one but two friends come up to me at different times about the situation and told me she was saying about how me liking girls and being around her and the other girls made her uncomfortable and disgusted earlier.
It really shocked me how she continued to lie as if I would never figure out the truth seeing as everyone either knows me or knows of me. Later on, we were all in science class and she still continues to try to talk to me and apologize. It seemed she was desperate for my attention because she was doing everything to get me to look at her.
She started to act out and yell in the classroom making the teacher almost kick her out of class. She did all of that for nothing because I still acted as if she was nonexistent.
