- how can they do that to us when are working hard for the company everyday we are trying to make this place better.
- ooh well i thought i must let you know that the employers refused the raise of 5% which is what we offered, and they putted a 2,5% to the table
- i just had from our shop steward and i must tell you that i am not happy at all as our employers refused to give us a raise of 5% but only opted for 2,5%
- I agree on that guys we must initiate a strike now!
- Know this is not on guys not after everything that we have done for this company something must be done
- how can they do that to us when we have hard so hard for the company to try and deliver exceptional well products and services!
- Now they will know who we are because they are always taking us for granted all the time!
- I agree with that we only come back when their minds are also back to discuss better wages and salaries
- We will strike until they raise our salaries!
- They people are belittling us, now they will see who we are, we are leaving right now!
- on this frame after the meeting the shop steward decided to meet up with Paulo the representative and let him know how things are going with regards to negotiations of their salaries and wages
- You must try harder as it is difficult for our workers because they also deserve better for the amount of work they produce
- I have engaged the matter with the board and must say that its difficult as the pandemic disrupted daily businesses activities, now this its too much for the company, we are also trying!
- You threaten our workers with that as it is their rights to strike for better wages
- on this frame Paulo meets up with his colleagues and let them know about how things are going with regards to the negotiations of their salaries and wages
- We certainly not happy as employees are striking on this time of pandemic because business is bad they must come back as they can lose their jobs
- on this frame workers have decided not work after what they had from Paulo and start a strike
- unfortunately you know that wont just happen as such matter will be taken to the CCMA because unfair dismal is not allowed because they do have the right to strike you must try and meet their demands because they are truly valid
- employees must understand that we are the ones who gave them an opportunity to work so are always at power to get rid of them!
- on the following day the meeting continues as scheduled with the board to try and find solutions
- In all of this we seek to try and find a solution that will be better for all not to bring problems
- on this frame the management is using their power to try and threaten employees that they cant strike at this time of covid 19 as that may lose their jobs
- I certainly agree with that our workers must strike until their demands are at least met half way
- on this frame management is trying to its powers to influence the situation to the shop steward
