Storyboard Text

  • Billy was a young business man who wanted to find a place to stay in, so he asked a porter in Bath.
  • “Try the Bell and Dragon,”
  • “Excuse me,” “but is there afairly cheap hotel not too far away fromhere?”
  • As Billy was walking along the streets of Bell and Dragon, he suddenly sees a boarding house luring him inside to spend in for the night.
  • Once he went inside, the landlady greeted him and offered him to take off his coat, even though there wasn't a coat hanger in the place.
  • “Just hang it there,”  “and let me help you with your coat.”
  • There are no other hats or coats in the hall. No umbrellas, no walking sticks – nothing
  • After getting settled in for the night and signing up, Billy realized that there was no one else but him; and two other men who signed up... two to three years before him. Billy was suddenly feeling a little disturbed.
  • “Gregory Temple?” . “Christopher Mulholland? …”“They sound somehow familiar,”
  • “Such charming boys,”
  • Before going to bed, the landlady invited him for a cup of tea, accepting the offer. As she was talking, Billy suddenly found out that the two men that were in the guestbook were the two people that were missing in the newspapers. When he looked around his surroundings, he also noticed that the bird and the dog in the room never moved a muscle ever since he came.
  • “Milk?”  “And sugar?”
  • Huh, this tea tastes funny..
  • "No thank you."
  • RIght when Billy realized that the landlady killed the two guests from before and her pets as well, the ammnosia in the tea made him fall asleep. When he woke up, Billy screamed to find out that he was placed underneath the floorboards of the fireplace room with the two men she killed. He called out for help and saw the landlady opening the floorboards to see who was alive. Before she got to him, Billy ran out of the streets with his suitcase; never to see the landlady ever again.
