Splatter lived in a ordinary neighborhood with many other dogs. He was name splattered because his parents looked at him as if paint splattered on him and left spots , which makes him different as all the other dogs in the neighborhood.
Splatter would always feel left out because of his spots. The other animals thought different wasn't okay and every dog in the neighborhood should be one color fur only.
While all the other dogs were able to play with joy and eat their bone cheerfully, Splatter was always upset. He didn't want to feel left out. he wanted to look like the other dogs. He did not like his spots felt all alone.
