  • In Cambodia, where Buddhism is predominantly practiced, the Buddha said there was suffering in the first noble truth.
  • SUFFEREING!!!
  • In the second noble truth, the Buddha says the causes of suffering are greed, ignorance and hatred. 
  • These things cause suffering.
  • The third noble truth says to liberate yourself from suffering, you must free yourself from worldly attachment.
  • Free yourself from these worldly things.
  • The fourth noble truth tells of the prescription for the end of suffering: The Eight Fold Path.
  • This is the way of freedom.
  • The Eight Fold Path includes: acceptance of the Buddha, right intentions, right action, right speech, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration.
  • These are the things you must do in order to be free of suffering.
  • These are the 8 things that are needed to end suffering once and for all. Each of these things is significant in its own way and should positively influence the life of the Buddhist followers.
  • Do this to end all this pain and become the liberated person you deserve to be.
