Hi my name is Roger and i have type 2 diabetes. I got it because i eat a bit too much and became overweight. But if i work out and eat a good diet i could still get rid of it
Insulin is responsible for delivering that glucose (sugar) from the bloodstream into muscle, fat, liver, and most other cells so that your body can use it for fuel.

If you have type 2 diabetes your body can not use the insulin (your body doesn't respond to the insulin). Therefore you become tired and have less energy. Usually people who are obese and overweight get type 2 diabetes
if you have type one diabetes your body can not produce a lot of insulin. Kids usally get it instead of adults
