In Manhattan, a man named Ross has been rather strange. Ross is the wealthiest compared to all those around him, except Gunther. For a paleontologist, he has been acting more ambitious, like Macbeth.
At a nearby apartment, Phoebe, Janice, and the Xenox Girl gather to hang out and gossip about Ross. The three predict that Ross will be the richest of them all but will play foul to do so. Ross hears word of this, and begins to think ahead.
He'll become a rich jerk.
The richest who plays dirty to do so.
In his penthouse, Ross informs Rachel about the predictions of the “hippies.” Rachel insists that Ross should kill Gunther with a coffee cup and steal his money to increase the dollars in his bank account
Don't be such a girl Ross! Be a man for once and rob Gunther.
Ross’s contemplates about his decision to kill Gunther. Ross sees a coffee cup appears in the darkness and attempts to distinguish if it is a figment of his imagination. His “fatal” image invites him towards Gunther’s doorknob.
Is this coffee mug leading me towards what I should do? Or am I crazy?
Ross comes out of Gunther’s house with cup in hand. Rachel was waiting outside to help cover any suspicious activity. Ross immediately regrets his decision, but Rachel tells him to be a man and accept it.
Get over it. We're rich now.
