  • Exposition - Old Major's Idea
  • Conflict - The Rebellion
  • Rising Action - Battle of the Cowshed
  • Old Major had a dream that one day the animals will rise up against the Farmer Jones. The animals will work equal shifts and get equal rations.
  • Climax - Battle of the Windmill
  • After Old Major died, the animals rose up against Farmer Jones and kicked him off of the farm.
  • Falling Action - Boxer Dies
  • Farmer Jones and his men make an attempt to take back the farm. The animals, though, come up with a crucial victory and send Farmer Jones away forever.
  • Resolution - Toast to Success
  • Farmer Frederick and his men charged onto animal farm and destroyed the windmill that the animals had worked on for a year. The animals fought them and drove them out of Animal Farm.
  • Boxer, the workhorse of the farm, is found collapsed on the hill. He rests for a couple of days until Napoleon calls the Horse Slaughterer. Boxer was the only one who could possibly stand up to Napoleon.
  • Napoleon allies with his former rivals, Frederick and Pilkington. In a house they toast to success. Napoleon goes back on all of the seven original commandments that they had made, and the other animals can not tell the animals from the humans
