President as Chief Legislator
This storyboard does not have a description.
As the President of the USA, I have many responsibilities, including Chief Legislator. As Chief Legislator, I sign bills into laws, veto (reject) bills, and influence Congress.
I believe education system is very important. So, I want to work with Congress to create a law increasing funding for schools.
Congress, I think that a bill increasing funding for schools and the education system is important because our children are our future. We need to have more funding for schools so they can have more resources, which will help our kids learn more, and then succeed in life!
Congress has created this bill: There will be an increase of funding for schools, going specifically towards getting new computers.
Hmmm. I'm going to veto this bill; it doesn't fulfill all of what I want for the school funding law that I had in mind.
I chose to veto that bill because yes, it increases funding to schools, but only for computers. New tech. is important, but I feel funding should also go towards fixing and repairing schools, hiring better teachers, etc.
