  • Mobility Rights
  • Bill is a Canadian citizen just like us. He has mobility rights, this means that he has the constitutional right to movement. Such as the right to move from province to province and to choose to live where he would like within Canada. You may also move in and out of Canada if the conditions permit.
  • Bill-123 Alberta
  • British Columbia 300km
  • ABC-123
  • We are allowed to move freely from province to province.
  • As Canadian citizens, we are allowed to travel by plane around our own country and to others.
  • Visa
  • As Canadian citizens, we are only allowed to be in a different country for a specified amount of time. We are able to extend our stay if we have access to travel or work visas.
  • Mobility rights are just one of the many things within the Charter of Rights and Freedoms that makes Canada great.
