  • Exposition
  • My 3 wishes did all come true... unfortunatly.
  • Since you don't need the paw anymore, can I have it.?
  • Rising Action
  • I wish for 200 pounds.
  • Climax
  • Exactly, how much money is it?
  • 200 pounds.
  • Sergent Morris visits Mr. and Mrs. White and tells them about the paw. He also then tries to put it on fire. Mr white then saves the paw.
  • Faccling action
  • After discussing it it with Herbert. They both decide to use the paw to get 200 pounds.
  • Resolution
  • Mr.White and Mrs.White are greeted by a representative of Maw and Meggins. They get the 200 pounds... in exchange of Herbert service of the company and his life. 
  • Literary Term - Situation Irony
  • Mrs.White, stricken with Herbert's death, pressures Mr.White to use the paw to resurrect their son, completely looking over the potential consequences. They soon hear a banging on the door, and Mrs.White rushes over to open it.
  • I wish my son alive.
  • Wish!
  • Mrs.White unlocks and opens the door for Herbert. And Mr.White uses his last anf final wish to send Herbert back to his grave.
  • Situational Irony - When the audience knows something that the protagonist/characters don't know.
  • Not Looking forward To visiting that old place alone. Hope U don't see any ghosts there.
