  • Hello I am Mahati. Did you know that scientists are actually manipulating you to eat their products.
  • It is crazy right! Let me tell you the ways to prevent it.
  • Say you have a bag of potato chips. Look at the back of the bag. Can you see something called a Nutrition label?
  • Well. You can look at the serving size to see how much you eat. Now let me tell you ways to prevent unhealthy eating.
  • 1.Choose fresh Foods. Eating healthy is really good, it gives your body nutrients to stay strong.2.Check the Serving Size. Always look to see how much you should eat. You can eat more but it is good to stick to the serving size.3.Read the Label. Choose a food choice with at least 4-5 ingredients.4.Don't eat from the box or bag. If you use one of those, you can eat more than you are intended to.5.Take a Quick Walk. Take a 15 minute walk. It will help you with your hunger.
  • Now. I need to tell you about: Salt, Fat and Sugar.
  • Salt is something that gives you taste. But it it unhealthy to have it everyday. Fat is in dairy. It gives you protein. But again, you should not have that much of it.
  • And sugar is the worst of them all. Sugar basically gets you active. But if you have to much of it. You will crash (meaning get tired very quickly. It is very unhealthy. Food scientists use sugar to make you more attracted to their food.
  • And now you learned how to prevent food manipulating and now you know about ‘Sugar, Fat and salt’.
