Hey Infra guy, I didn't think you'd be able to do anything to help us deploy quickly enough, so I wanted to let you know that we've just bought a new cloud based solution. Great news... you won't need to look after it at all!
I hope they understand that our current network isn't designed for that kind of use, and that connecting it to the legacy systems will be really tricky

Sorry to interrupt on a Friday evening, but I need your help. We're going live on Monday and are trying to copy our legacy data to the cloud. The cloud provider says with a network like ours it will take three weeks!
But we don't work that way - we're being agile and only planning a week ahead to get things done quickly!

Thanks very much for your help last week... it was such a rush to meet the deadline - we couldn't have done it without your help. Now we've launched I'm off to a new role and I need you to start looking after the cloud service. Can you take care of backups, user admin, performance monitoring, capacity planning and security please?

I'm guessing I don't have any choice, and your cloud provider can't do all that stuff? OK then, but if we need to start from scratch on all those things it's going to be ages before users get the service they expect!
