Ghana was ruled over by a powerful king.
Camels helped traders to get to Ghana since camels could survive days without food or water.
Wangara gold miners where in search of gold and traders were too, but only the Wangara really knew where it lay.
Ghanas trades were paid by people that came into trade thing and when people were leaving and they had bought some thing from Ghana.
Kumbi was the largest trade market. When ready to trade would bang on a drum to symbolize the trade started.
