  • "Come And Fight"
  • "You know Pip, as you and me were ever friends, and it were looked forward to betwixt us, as being calc'lated to lead to larks. Not but what, Pip, if you had ever made objection to the business-such as it's being open to black and sut, or such-like-not but what they would have been attended to don't you see?"
  • "Well! And you have reared the boy, with the boy, with the intention of taking him for your apprentice; is that so Mr. Gargery?"
  • "It was full of people; the whole village was there, or in the yard; and there was a surgeon, and there was Joe, and there was a group of women, all on the floor in the midst of the kitchen."
  • A pale young gentlemen comes up to Pip and wants to fight him.
  • "You know best Pip; but don't you think you are happier as you are?"
  • "Biddy, i am not at all happy as i am. I am disgusted with my calling and with my life. I have never taken to either since i was bound. Don't be absurd."
  • Joe and Pip go to meet Miss. Havisham
  • "Now i return to this young fellow. And the communication i have got to make is, that he has Great Expectations."
  • Pip comes into his house to find his sister Mrs. Joe hurt on the ground.
  • "If i had cried before, i should have had Joe with me then."
  • Pip is talking to Biddy about how he is not happy with his life.
  • Mr. Jaggers is telling Pip about his Great Expectations
  • Pip is leaving his town to go to London and he's sad about how he left things.
