The conflict involving nature is when the mad dog is down the street and Atticus has to shoot it even though he hasn't shot a gun in a very long time. In the end the kids find out he was the best shooter in Maycomb when he was younger however he didn't want the kids knowing.
This conflict is showing the problems he his facing with the society. Many people are angry and against him because he is defending a black person. His town does not like this so he tends to receive many disappointed glances as he walks through town. His children are also experiencing these issues at school.
The Man Vs. Man conflict in "To Kill A Mocking Bird" is Atticus and Bob Ewell arguing for a victory. Atticus is having a problem in court and getting justice for Tom Robinson. However the jury will take a white man's word over a black's any day.
