2015: My first time going to one of the Youth Starz youth club was very nerve racking, as I was going to be in a room full of people I didn't know.
After a few more weeks of going the nerves disappeared and I became a Young Leader. I really enjoyed going to help Kimmy and Billie. (Katie was very pregnant when I started)
2017:I was in my final year of sixth form, ready to head off for uni to study drama. But I had started second guessing if that's what I really wanted to do. I really enjoyed volunteering and working with young people and it was going to be hard to all the young people at Youth club.
Once I'd got to uni I was quick to realise that it wasn't for me. After a few weeks my mum came to get me and in the car on the way home we discussed what I was going to do now.
I started looking for jobs so I had something to do until I figured everything out. I went back to volunteering. Katie, Billie and Kimmy were really understanding about uni.
2018:One afternoon at youth club Katie told me that they were looking for a new team member and that I could apply for it. This was the best news I'd heard in a long time. I was excited but terrified as I knew there would be a lot of professionals going for it too.
