Millie could've told Amy what's wrong but instead, she has left herself mad and Amy upset. Hopefully Millie will relize her mistake and apologise before causing any more accidental damage.
Millie's really upset inside and turns her confusion into madness and her madness into unkindness. Amy was just getting changed out of her gym clothes when she over heared Millie telling her friends about her. Amy had no idea how Millie felt about what she had said so she was very hurt and upset about what Millie said.
Millie goes to the Principals office later in the day because one of the teachers overheard her being mean about Amy. Millie has tried to reflect on what she did wrong and once she started thinking about what she did wrong it finally came to her that she had made a huge mistake.
