During the 1500's women had different expectations then men. Women weren't allowed to go to school and in some cases weren't allowed to learn to read. This was a big deal because often times women were less smart then men so they were seen as Inferior to men. (Grayson Trede)
Women in the 1500's weren't allowed to take breaks. They always needed to be working, for instance if the mother had just feed the kids she needed to help in the fields. This changed lives because women could not make many choices for themselves. (Grayson Trede)
When women in the 1500's disobeyed their husband or the laws that applied to them they were punished. Women had no public voice and were actually seen as irrelevant. Laws placed by government gave women no choice, they had to do what they were told when they were told to do something. (Grayson Trede)
