Oh no...I have an addiction!
Ever since I was a little girl I loved sweets. I've had a sweet tooth for as long as I can remember.
A weekly treat turned into an everyday habit. There were times I would force myself to eat dinner, but only because I looked forward to dessert.
After gaining a good amount of weight, I came to the realization I was addicted to sugar.
I knew I had to make a change for my health and my physical appearance. I was determined to better myself and gain back my confidence.
I did research, gathered information, and made a plan on how I was going to start my journey.
I've been following a ketogenic lifestyle for almost a year. I've been able to cut out almost all my sugar cravings and lose over 30 pounds.
