in 1824 jackson got cheated out of the election because he was not rich and he did not have the education
1828- South Carolina Nullification
in 1828 jackson put the tariff on exported goods and the north loved that but the south didnt because they were always trading with england
1830- Worcester vs. Georgia
this was a rematch for jackson it started at october 31 to december 2 jackson won and became the 7th presendent
this was when the told them that the exported goods would be taxed
the U.S. Supreme Court considered its powers to enforce the rights of Native American "nations" against the states.
