Little boy, Timmy, (Cell) hates balloons (cancerous), but the clown (carcinogen) is giving them to Timmy anyway.
Have some balloons!
Initiation: Timmy is sad that he has a balloon. The other kids (Phagocytes) are unable to help him by taking it away, so he still has the ballon (no cancer yet).
Still Initiation: Timmy tried to cut his balloon but his scissors (enzymes) fell and broke, so his balloon (oncogene) was still present.
Promotion: The clown (carcinogen) returns and gives Timmy more balloons (rapid cell division)! The balloons begin to take over Timmy and his friends (phagocytes) try to help but they fail again. Now the balloons are lifting Timmy into the air (oncogenes are switched on).
Tumor: Timmy's pal, Macrophage, tried to call the rest of their friends (immune system) to pop the balloons but they were unable to help. The balloons also never popped on their own (apoptosis) so Timmy flew into the air due to all of the balloons.
