  • That night, when Christopher Robin got home, he renamed his teddy bear Winnie the Pooh, after his bear friend.
  • I'm renaming you. You are not Edward Bear anymore, now you are Winnie the Pooh.

  • When Winnie died on the 12th of May 1934 (aged 20), they kept her skull and eventually put it on display in 2015, in the Odontological Museum at the Royal College of Surgeons Hunterian Museum in London.
