well I started my journey around bartlett trying to accomplish weight lost and a healthy lifestyle
I begin my journey because I was tired of the same thing and just wanted to try something new I wanted to become more healthy physically but also mentally growing up you dont want to have to depend on people for everything and just try to be a leader.
I started off by making a plan to do better and to accomplish these goals I wrote them out on paper to see what were my strong suits and weak ones
A big part of the reason I was successful with my journey is because of school friends, and some of my teachers have played a big role in the man I have become but also my mom has helped with everything to see me succeed in life with becoming a more healthier me.
I would say I was my own enemy we all can do whatever we put our minds to but if we allow us to doubt ourselves things will not be accomplished and we wont succeed with things in life to become a better person.
I would say my greatest challenge was waking up each morning to do exercise one thing about me is I hate the morning I like to sleep in so waking up each morning to become more physical mentally and physically was hard because it takes time its not something that happens over night.
