The Tariff of Abomination was a protective tariff passed by Congress of the United States during May 19, 1828,to protect industry in the north.
It was a re vote because the first time Adams and Jackson both had a tie,so then the electoral college voted and Jackson won the election.
the supreme court and said that they have the power to take native rights away and the Native Americans used previous court cases to prove they could not take rights
