In the beginning when there was no earth, no sky and no sea. God spoke into the darkness and said."Let there be light!"
On the second day God hung a vast blue sky and said "That's too good!"
The next day God said "The Earth needs to be a bit more organised," so he placed water and land. And on the land he placed plants that flourished.
On the fourth day God said "The daylight still needs some more work," so he place the moon to light up the night and the sun to light up the day. He also placed stars to help the moon light up the night sky.
The next day God turned his attention to the ocean. "I want these waters teeming with life," so he placed millions of fish and other animals into the salty water.
On the sixth day God created animal life for the land. He created lions, tigers and zebras. But he felt like it was missing something so he added human beings. He told them to look after what he had created and reproduce their kind so there will be human beings all over the world.
