  • Emma, 33, married, two kids, marketing manager, would like to have a more active lifestyle outside of work but doesn't feel like she has the energy for it. She'd like to find out if there's a something she should change in her life to find the strength for self-improvement. She's doesn't feel sick but somehow off.
  • Getting results and a personalised health plan
  • After putting the kids to bed, Emma does some research on health optimisation and finds Neosmart Health, that promises personalised insights and recommendations based on comprehensive medical, environmental and lifestyle data. Emma decides to book a time for consultation.
  • At the grocery store
  • Emma is welcomed by a doctor and other medical experts, gives personal information and learns how and why the recommended tests will reveal the source for her fatigue. Emma realises she has never even tested her cholesterol so she decides to proceed with the tests. Next it's time to wait for the results.
  • Making progress
  • The medical staff have gained insight based on Emma's test results and they've found out what probably causes Emma's condition. Emma get's a convenient overview on her health determinants and is pleasantly surprised she can actually understand the results without having a PhD.
  • After the second doctor's visit, Emma feels a bit overwhelmed with all the new information. She got recommendations on her nutrition and isn't sure what to buy at the grocery store. Luckily, with the help of personalised health plan on her Neosmart Me-app, Emma get's the guidance she needed and feels motivated to start taking the simple steps towards a change.
  • After a few months, Emma is starting to get used to the new routines on nutrition, sleep and exercise. She can feel a positive difference. But is there still some improvement, that could help her along the way? It's time to review if there's actually been a change in her levels. It's time for the next appointment to keep on the right track.
