- Scene 6: Mr. James is telling the class that he is going to be handing out their test papers during the class and go through the correct answers and Micheal is very confident that he got everything correct.
- Oh no... What am I going to do!!! I don't know anything about operating...
- Scene 7: As Mr. James is handing Michael his paper, he congratulates him on a job well done, making Michael even more confident that he got a perfect score.
- YOU KNOW WHAT!? YOU'RE FIRED FOR BEING SO UNPRINCIPLED! GET OUT!
- I cannot believe this Michael! How could you be so unprincipled to fake your way through medical school and expect to be a good doctor! You've already injured one of our patients!

- Scene 8: Michael continues his shenanigans as he grows older all the way until he graduates and gets an undeserved medical degree because of his "very well" understanding of the medical field (in reality he cheated his way to the top just to please his parents).
- Wow, what I did with my was extremely wrong and not principled one bit..
- I think I'm going to start working toward actually getting a medical degree by working hard and start being a more principled person from now on!
- Scene 9: Dr. Michael is getting ready for his first procedure and is really nervous because he really knows nothing about how to operate or being a doctor.
- Scene 10: A couple of weeks after the operation, Michael was called to the CEO of the hospital he worked at and he was fired on the spot for the operation he did on his patient that led her to be terribly injured and for faking his way through medical school (and normal school).
- Scene 11: Michael comes to realize that what he did with his life was wrong and not principled at all and that it got him nowhere but in trouble and out of one of the best jobs he could have ever imagined, so from then on he decides to change his ways and start over.
