(In German) There's two parachutes here, one of the Americans have escaped!
Sam Wilson, a typical army grunt, with many other men, is en route to be airdropped into France during the Allied invasion of France's west beaches, more commonly known as D-Day.
(In French) No! I shall not be killed over an American!
Last on the airdrop line, Sam is preparing to lunge out of the plane, but it's hit by a German AA cannon, forcing him to jump out of the plane solo.
Sam had woken up due to him hearing blaring German language shouts coming from the underbrush nearby. He had taken refuge behind plane debris and witnessed one of his allies taking prisoner, Sam did not try intervene.
Sam has escaped the Nazis by scrambling to a nearby village. Knocking on tens of doors and windows franticly, but only one townsperson had answered curiously. He begged the man to let him in his home to hide, but the man declined.
Please sir! Help me! Hide me! I don't want to die!
Evil Germans arpproach! Having heard marching and German, Sam tries to make a run fo it to escape for his own life, but he is shot. He failed his mission.
In his final minutes, in his dying words, Sam utters "I'll see you in Hell..." He turns over in his own blood and shuts his eyes; his lifeless body now laid upon the doorstep of a German.
