I chose Mtn. Pose because it is the most not complicated pose in the history of yoga. This pose helps you practice to be staning perfectly still
I chose prayer pose because it is a simple pose and it is a pose that I do a lot since I pray alot. This pose helps you center your energy
I chose the raised arms pose because it feels good and it gives my back that nice little stretchh feeling. The raised arms pose can help you maintain/regain your flexibility because you tend to loose it the older you get
I chose the forward standing bend/ fold pose because I like the feeling of just hanging down and touching your toes.THis pose helps your hamstring flexibility and it helps strenghthen your spine
I chose right leg back left foot forward because it kind of makes me feel like I am about to start a race, and it makes me just want to run. This pose stretches your legs and help build muscle in your legs
I chose plank position because planks are a challenging pose. I personally use to have so much trouble with plank, but now i'm a pro. This pose helps because it helps strenghten your core.
