Emotional wellness affects how you react to these things. Sometimes people experience stress. It is important to handle it right for your emotional/mental wellness. Both your body and mind are affected by stress. People respond to stress with defense mechanisms. Defense mechanisms are subconscious responses to deal stress. Some defense mechanisms are healthier than others. Some people cope with stress differently. Some people stress eat which is very unhealthy.
