Storyboard Text

  • UV rays from the Sun are absorbed into the Earth's atmosphere. Some warmth gets reflected back into space.
  • Human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels and the increase in greenhouse gases have influenced the growth of heat in the atmosphere.
  • Not only does the atmosphere get affected, but the hydrosphere as well. Ice glaciers are melting due to the warmth produced by, mainly, human activities.
  • As the ice melts, sea level rises and the oceans get overfilled with water.
  • Immediately, coastal erosions occur due to the rise of the sea level affecting the environment around, specifically the residences and the marine life.
  • Therefore, floods and extreme weather conditions are arisen, causing houses to be submerged under water, injuring many lives.
