Hello i am the cake i will tell you how where made from a cake batter to a mighty cake we will travel to the past and talk to me as a cake batter all so hi baker
man i am going to practice baking a cake on this cake batter
Mi hao it is me the cake batter of the cake who you were talking to i am made of flour, milk, sugar, eggs shh the baker is here
I love heat but not to hot because a chemical change can never be reversed and if it's to hot i'll burn up and no would keep me
Man that was a nice bath of heat that was 325 F so now let's go talk with my future me bye
Now before you go i shall tell you how heat makes cake batter turn solid to form a cake and how hot it has to be. you preheat the oven to 325 F or 163 C. Now you grease up the cake pan so you add the eggs and vanilla stir the cake flour then pour the nice batter into the pan then you let the cake bake for 15 minutes (this is a vanilla pound cake) At first the proteins will unfold (denature) after which they start to form bigger proteins through cross-linking reactions that turn the liquid into a solid. The baking soda in the batter turns into sodium carbonate, water and carbon dioxide. The latter will make your cake nice and fluffy. well goodbye i´m going to be eaten in a party
