Storyboard Text

  • Jesus was tired and hungry. He was fasting in the desert for 40 days straight, without any water or food.
  • Satan appeared, temping Jesus three times, and the first was to turn stone to bread.
  • Even though he was extremely hungry, he stood strong and didn't fall into temptation. Satan then led Jesus to the top of a tall tower.
  • Satan told Jesus to jump and show everyone a miracle. That way, when the angels save him, they would know he's a man of God, and he wouldn't have to die. But instead of taking the easier path, he followed the plan of God.
  • Jump! You wouldn't have to die for the humans.
  • Do not test God.
  • Satan's last temptation was simple. If Jesus bowed down to him, he would be granted all the cities of the world.
  • Only worship the one and only God.
  • Jesus had successfully finished all the temptations and managed to stay righteous even though he could have had a easier life.
  • Away from me Satan!
