Here, have my apple. It is a much healthier alternative. Apples are one of the healthiest things you can eat! They are high in fiber, vitamin C, and have no fat or cholesterol!

You don't have to eliminate chips and other unhealthy snacks from your diet for good. We all love our junk, you just have to make sure you have a balanced diet.
What's a balanced diet?
A balanced diet, means your body is getting all the nutrition it needs, by eating fruits, vegetables, protein and more, while making sure unhealthy foods like junk food and sugar are not overpowering your diet.
So, I shouldn't be eating chips every day? Maybe apples four days a week and chips once a week?
