Storyboard Description

The trees represent Jewish people and other minority groups, the axes represent the Nazis, and the city's/towns represent work or concentration camps, and they also represent the growing power of Hitler and the Nazi party. After all of the trees are cut they are brought to be made into lumber to build the cities.

Storyboard Text

  • All trees lived in peace and quiet for a long time before they came.
  • Then they came. The axes. They took everything. But no one knew why.
  • They grew in numbers, and they kept coming and destroying the long living forests that were there for years upon years.
  • Finally, very few trees were left alive, slowly being replaced by the growing city.
  • Eventually, construction replaced hills and beautiful forests that had been forgotten.
  • More and more people came by the day, and the city gained lots of money until it was very large and busy.
