Hey Samantha, I love how you take care of your customers...but there's no need to create follow ups on MU
Yeah...Just educate the customer to check surrounding areas etc. when she gets home + wait until the traces date id she does not find for a replacement or refund.
End the conversation as expected and ask the customer to recontact us if she still does not find by traces. The next rep can look at the previous communication for insight
