This quote shows the reader that even the little kids are willing to participate in anything Jack does
"Kill the pig! Cut his throat! Kill the pig! Bash him in!" Ralph too was fighting to get near, to get a handful of that brown, vulnerable flesh. The desire to squeeze and hurt was over-mastering. (ch.7 pg. 76)
This quote shows that the kids are changing and now they are willing to buy into jacks mindset

This quote shows us that even though they do not agree with the mindset of Jack but they want to feel secure so they are willing to do anything to be safe.
