Storyboard Text

  • "I hope you'll forgive me one day, when you realise that marrying for love is more important marrying for money and power. Jacob is a caring, hardworking man and whom I adore. And yet you're trying to make me marry this arrogant git Uzziel? Well i've made my decision and I pray to the LORD that'll you'll accept me for who I am"
  • "No mother, it IS my turn to be selfish, marriage is a lifelong commitment! And inheritance isn't the most important thing! Happiness and true love is! And I, have found my true love and his name is Jacob"
  • ...
  • Later that day, beneath the setting sun did Beulah marry Jacob. Beulah became the leading example for women who wanted to marry for love and she was remembered as a strong-willed, independent lady who declared herself by following her heart.
  • THE END
  • The following morning, Beulah's mother helped her dress and they both headed out to make Uzziel a husband, and Beulah his wife.
  • Many people gathered to watch the marriage, but Beulah could only notice one amidst them all. The man who had shown her kindness, who had seemed to listen to her so deeply that he could see past her words and into her thoughts and whom she truly loved. She didn't know what her feelings were the night before, but now, she was certain, she was inevitably in love with Jacob.
  • "And with that said... I declare you my-"
  • "Enough of that! I don't want your hand in marriage!"
  • "What does all this mean? You will mary Uzziel your kinsman whether you like it or not, so selfish of you not to respect your family's inheritance! Now marry him now!"
