It was just like any other day , Sally was enjoying herself while shopping.
Your results will be in next week.
Then suddenly, Sally fell ill and she went to the hospital.
Sally told the doctor about her stomach cramps and headaches. The doctor decided to test her level of Alkaline Phosphatase. Alkaline Phosphatase is an enzyme found in the body that allows chemical reactions to occur. To tests for Alkaline Phosphatase, a blood sample will be drawn from the arm.
The test will show evidence of either high or low amounts of alkaline phosphatase in the bloodstream. High levels could indicate either a problem with your liver or your bones. Low levels indicate malnutrition. The results will be in next week.
The results came in and turns out Sally's level of Alkaline Phosphatase only went up because she was pregnant.
(One year later) Sally had no liver or bone problems and they all lived happily ever after.
