Storyboard Text

  • No... puberty hit me hard and so quickly, that I didn't have time to think.
  • My goodness Zach, you smell like a cow! Have you not learned the proper hygiene for teens?
  • Well come with me to puberty class and I'll give ya a lesson.
  • 1. Shower everyday with warm water and mild soap. Depending on your hair type, you need to wash it daily or every other day.
  • Facts of Puberty
  • Woah this is a lot of stuff
  • 2. Wear clean clothes everyday. Wash your clothes in the wash and separate your whites, light colors, and darks. Use laundry detergent for all your clothes.
  • 3.  Wash your face no more than two times a day to prevent acne. Washing your face more than two times a day can cause your face to be oily and break out even more.
  • 4. Brush your teeth after meals through out the day with toothpaste. 5. If you shave in the new spots that hair grows, then use a new razor that cuts sharp so you don't cut yourself. Don't use soap, it's too thin, use shaving cream or gel to get a smooth cut.
  • Thank you Sydney! This will definitely the ladies!
  • 6. Wear deodorant to prevent stink. Don't apply too much or it can sting. Find a deodorant that is fitting for your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin,
  • Well now you know the basics! So from now on you don't have to smell like a cow!
