Henrietta! You know that's not healthy, AND we have a competition tomorrow. All that sugar is not on the My Gov. Plate. Which contain carbs, protein, fruits, veggies, and dairy. Your meal does have real fruit, however, the rest is bad news. Please, i know you so well and dont you get pizza! pizza is often full of fat saturated fat and these fats are not good.
No, it doesnt count. HOWEVER did you know that in order to have a complete Gov. Plate, you need to have carbs, and some grain as well? I would get a platter, it has crepes for the grain, fresh strawberries, and comes with some english muffins. Be sure to stay away from sugar, it could completely ruin the point of having all of this nutrition because complex carbs are not good.
But-- i want my cake infused waffle. It DOES have grain in the batter. And like you said yourself strawberry IS a fruit. I just dont see the big deal.
Well carbs are an important source of energy, but stay away from sweets and sugars. That syrup and sugar is like gasoline on a bike. You also need a variety of fruits and veggies as well-- they provide other vitamins that you cant get from carbs. They come in different forms.
And your point is.. exactly? I get it i get it, but.. i heard something about fat soluable vitamins.. can you explain that?
Theres soluable fats, which stays for a LONG time in your body. What about oatmeal! Its on the Gov food plate as a whole grain, which are high in some vitamins and fiber. Did you know that oatmeal has antioxidants which help with your cardiovascular muscles and to fight infections better.
Of course! Go for it! But before you order did you know that the whole grain you're about to consume has glucose. Glucose helps you do alot of activities with the energy it gives including being a rockstar in the gymnasium.
But-- id like something sweet. Crepes and english muffins sound good and all.. but i guess should just go home and make some pizza.. oh wait.. i cant
