Dear Parents, Whether we like to admit it or not, we all had that one fairy tale story that we cherished. We all wanted to live in that magical land, have those super powers and be the beautiful princess. Why? It was the characters in the story and creativity, that allowed us to grow and be the people that we are today. Fairy Tales teaches children the difference between good and evil, right and wrong behaviour as well as consequences that could follow. Learning this will help children understand, difficult concepts in a much easier way. And especially, when it's involving characters that they can relate too. Some fairy tales reflect existential problems, such as death and aging. Being exposed to such problems, children learn how to cope emotionally and psychologically.
