  • I started going to college at 12 years old! My first college was Trinity College!
  • William Harvey believed that blood could not travel throughout the body, and believed that there was only one type of blood.
  • Johannes Kepler
  • I discovered relationships between planets!
  • Sir Isaac Newton was a famous scientists who discovered gravity from an apple falling from a tree. Newton, then, published a book about laws of gravity.
  • Micoscope
  • I was the first person to see bacteria with a microscope!
  • Francis Bacon was an English philosopher who entered many colleges, at twelve years old, and was an attorney general and a Lord Chancellor. Bacon was imprisoned in 1621, and was fined 40,000 pounds. He was released four days later and retired.
  • Barometer & Thermometer
  • I invented the barometer!
  • Johannes Kepler studied Copernicus and discovered the relationship between planets. After discovering the relationships between the planets, he studied Mars and discovered two planetary motions.
  • Microscopes were invented by Dutch lens makers in late 1500's. In mid-1600's, Dutchman Antonie van Leeuwenhoek became the first person to see bacteria with a microscope.
  • The barometer was invented by Evangelista Torricelli in the 1640's. He studied a glass tube with mercury in it and he found out that the mercury did not stay the same height. It is used today to predict the weather.
