I wonder what carbohydrate to get for my game tomorrow?
There's a lot of carbohydrates from starch, sugars, and fibers.
Fibers are not a good choice because they are not a type of energy, they are a nondigestable carb. I could use sugars, a simple carb such as cakes and cookies.
or I could get starch such as potatoes and pasta, which is a complex carb.
So I'm going to chose starch instead of sugars. Starch have a longer lasting source of energy.
I feel good with all this energy from that pasta, I could go on forever. GOAL!
